How does the application process work?
We have changed our entire application and interview process to a virtual journey. As soon as you have sent us your application via our online application system, you will receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail that your application has been received.
Our recruiters will then contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps with you. We invite suitable applicants to a first interview - either on site or online to get to know each other better. In certain places, we may have a second round of talks.
If both sides are convinced of each other, we make an offer.
We are happy to stay in contact with all other candidates and also welcome re-applications for another position.
Do I need a cover letter / CV etc.?
Ideally, you should upload a cover letter, a CV, the last transcript of your university or school education and relevant professional references. If you wish, you can also attach a recent photo. For certain positions, it is sufficient to bring your CV to the initial interview with the recruiter. You will find the documents required for the position in the respective job description.
Can I apply via Whatsapp?
You are also welcome to send us a message via WhatsApp about the position that interests you.
We will then contact you either by WhatsApp or by phone to clarify initial questions.
Can I also apply by post or e-mail?
We prefer to accept your application via our online application portal. This not only saves paper, but also allows both sides to track the status of your application at any time.

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Your data is only visible to the recruiting contact and decision-maker responsible for this function.
Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the statutory provisions. By submitting your application, you agree to your data being stored. Will I get feedback if my application is not successful?
Of course, we will always keep you informed about the status of your application. However, please understand that due to the high volume of applications, we are unfortunately not always able to give you individual feedback in the event of a rejection.
